EmmyLou + June Launch Shoot

I opened my own boutique – EmmyLou + June! It is absolutely crazy that I am now shooting products for my very own store!

I sometimes think I am crazy adding this on with everything else I am juggling, but I wouldn’t change a thing! I LOVE being a photographer but, for years have had the dream of owning my own boutique. But, now I am getting the best of both worlds!

When I became a mom last year it finally clicked for me, why not create a space for all the boho western loving moms to find the cutest clothes for their little ones!

I am obsessed with shopping for baby clothes and am always looking for a specific combination of boho, neutrals, and western – cue EmmyLou + June!!

Also, how cool is it that I get to shop for work, hahaha

It has been so fun to be able to push my photography skills by doing more flat lays and working with more difficult models – babies, haha.

I know it won’t be an easy job to get this boutique up and running, but I know it’ll be worth it! I have always loved stretching myself and learning new things and EmmyLou + June has definitely done that!

I couldn't have gotten to this first launch without the help of my friend Tiffany, she also has a boutique and her advice has been invaluable!
